Frequently asked questions
How do I log a dose?
Open the app, select your child, tap the medication, and hit the log dose button. It only takes a few taps — designed for quick use day or night.
How do reminders work?
Enable notifications in the app and your device settings. Little Doses will send push reminders based on each medication's schedule.
Can I share access with another caregiver?
Yes — with a Premium subscription you can invite another caregiver by email. You'll both see the same schedules and dose logs in real time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or change your plan.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and select Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and associated data from our servers.
Is Little Doses medical advice?
No. Little Doses is a logging tool only. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions and consult them with any medical questions.
